GMO labeling regulation in Mainland China

MOA is responsible for the validation and supervision of agricultural GMO labelling; CFDA is responsible for the validation and supervision of GMO foods labelling; and AQSIQ is responsible for the check and verification of imported GMO products at port.

a. Soybean seeds, soybeans, soy flour, soybean oil, soybean meal
b. Corn seed, corn, corn oil, corn flour
c. Rapeseed seeds, rapeseed, rapeseed oil, rapeseed meal
d. Cotton seed
e. Tomato seeds, fresh tomatoes, tomato sauce
Those are not on the list need to be applied for approval before arrived the border.
