The abilities that you got to hold as being a qualified panel leader

A panel leader (based on ISO 13300 on staff) needs to work on leading panel technician and the whole panel, designing sensory tests, analyzing data, making conclusion of the sensory test result, leading panel discussion, as well as all that panel technician will do.
A qualified panel leader should possess abilities of sensory basic controls, designing all different sensory tests, sensory test operations, food scientific concepts of samples, management of panelists, statistical analysis, interpreting the statistical results, and communicating with panelists with their questions/challenges.
There is no limitation on education degree, but sensory abilities mentioned above will be required.
